Usually for Panacea staff and client teams. Use the exact Microsoft work account shown in your invitation, not a personal Microsoft account.

Usually for agency partners and external guests. Use the exact address that received the invitation and check the same inbox for the link.

This only works for a pre-invited email address. If your invitation says Microsoft SSO, use the button above instead.
